Returns and Warranty
We take pride in the quality of our products. We offer a year warranty against defects in material and workmanship from date of purchase. If we make an error on your product we will be happy to replace your product at no charge. We cannot be held responsible for errors or mistakes a customer makes when entering an order.
Most of the products we sell on Laser Ninja are uniquely customized and therefore we cannot accept returns if a customer simply doesn’t like the product. Returns for stock items, in their original packaging, will only be accepted with a prior authorization. If a stock item is returned, once it is received and inspected charges will be refunded less original shipping amount. A restocking fee of 25% may apply.
